Puppyland Warranties

Our puppies are sold with a current health certificate signed by a local licensed veterinarian. They are up to date on vaccinations, and we take preventative measures to ensure our puppies stay healthy! We do understand that puppies are living organisms and can be subject to common puppy ailments, so we offer amazing warranties at no additional cost to give you peace of mind!

Most importantly, we never require an affected puppy to be returned or surrendered to fulfill a warranty.

15 Day Viral Warranty

If your Puppyland puppy is diagnosed with a viral illness within the first 15 days of taking them home, Puppyland will reimburse Veterinarian Care Cost up to 100% of the purchase price of the puppy.

2 Year Congenital & Hereditary Warranty

In the unlikely event a Puppyland puppy is diagnosed with a life-altering congenital or hereditary condition within the first year of its life, we will reimburse up to 100% of the puppy’s purchase price to the buyer. If there is a life-altering congenital or hereditary condition diagnosed in the second year of the puppy’s life we will reimburse up to 50% of the puppy’s purchase price or apply the same amount to purchase another Puppyland puppy.

Optional 10 Year Health Warranty

In years 3-10 if the puppy were to pass away from a life-altering congenital or hereditary condition diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, buyer is entitled to a 50% store credit towards a puppy of their choosing. We recognize that no warranty or any amount of reimbursement can fully or emotionally compensate for the loss of a valued member of your family. We do believe that getting another puppy helps with the healing process.
